Bluetooth and BLE scanning utility for Wear OS

BlueBRD surveys the radio environment around the watch. It captures what nearby devices are already broadcasting — Bluetooth LE advertisements and Classic Bluetooth inquiry responses — and presents them as a live, sortable picture of what is in range.

What it does

Scans BLE including Bluetooth 5 extended advertisements on all supported PHYs
Runs Classic Bluetooth inquiry alongside, for devices that do not advertise
Identifies tracker types by service identifier and manufacturer data
Decodes device class — speaker, headphones, phone, car audio and so on
Keeps session history so devices that come and go remain visible, with age
Logs every sighting to CSV, including the raw advertisement bytes
Uploads that CSV to your own Google Drive over the watch's own connection

Data

Everything stays on the device unless you explicitly link an account and tap upload, in which case it goes to your own Drive and nowhere else. Position is attached only when a satellite fix is current. Full detail in the privacy policy.
