TowerSS
Cellular network analysis utility for Wear OS
TowerSS reports what the watch's cellular radio is actually doing — which tower it is attached to, on which band, and how good that link is. It keeps a running history so handovers stay visible instead of vanishing between refreshes.
What it does
- Shows the serving cell with signal power as the headline reading
- Reports RSRQ, SNR, RSSI, CQI and timing advance alongside
- Identifies the tower by cell identity, physical cell ID and tracking area
- Lists other towers the modem reports, strongest first
- Retains towers after they drop out, greyed and timestamped, so handovers can be read back rather than missed
- Colour-grades every metric independently against its own scale
- Refreshes continuously, with a tap to freeze the display

Data
Nothing is stored and nothing is transmitted. TowerSS writes no files, holds no network permission, and discards its session history when closed. It requests location permission only because Android gates cell identity behind it — no position is recorded. Full detail in the privacy policy.
