Terms of Service

Applications and services published by Frost IT Solutions · Last updated 1 September 2026, 12:31 EDT

What this software is for. These applications are built for internal use, development and testing by Frost IT Solutions. They are not sold, not distributed publicly, and have no user base beyond their own developers — the data collected is our own, from our own devices. These terms are published openly to meet Google's OAuth publishing requirements.

What these are

Development and diagnostic tools, made available as-is. There is no commercial service, no subscription, no account with Frost IT Solutions, and no server component.

Per-application terms

This page is the umbrella covering all applications and this site. Each application also has its own terms describing its particular limits:

No warranty

The applications are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. They may contain defects, may report inaccurate measurements, and may stop working after an operating system update. They should not be relied on for navigation, for safety, or for any purpose where being wrong would matter.

Signal strengths, distance estimates and device classifications are approximations derived from public radio broadcasts. Distance in particular is inferred from signal strength and is frequently wrong.

Responsible use

Radio scanning is regulated differently in different jurisdictions. Anyone running these applications is responsible for doing so lawfully and for respecting the privacy of others. Observing publicly broadcast identifiers is not an invitation to track people.

Data

Data stays with the device that collected it. Nothing is transmitted to Frost IT Solutions. Where an application uploads to a Google Drive, it does so only at explicit instruction and only into that account. See the Privacy Policy, which also covers this site's server logs and its absence of cookies.

Availability and changes

These applications and this site may be changed, broken or withdrawn at any time without notice. No continuity of service is promised.
